What's the difference between management and leadership?
OptiModel's answer
Management is about process and execution: planning, organizing, and making sure tasks are completed on time. Leadership is about vision and inspiration: setting direction, motivating people, and aligning work with bigger goals. For example, a manager ensures the marketing campaign is delivered on schedule; a leader inspires the team by reminding them why the campaign matters and how it connects to the company's mission. Both are essential—management without leadership leads to order but no vision, while leadership without management leads to inspiration but no execution.
