Our commitment
- We aim to make our public site and member areas usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies or need clear structure and readable text.
- We treat accessibility as ongoing work: we improve pages as we ship updates and when issues are reported.
Standards and testing
- We design and build toward commonly referenced accessibility guidelines (such as WCAG 2.1 Level AA) as a target, not a guarantee on every page at every moment.
- We use semantic HTML, visible focus states, and sufficient colour contrast in our design system where components allow it.
- Automated checks and manual review are used on key flows; some third-party embeds or legacy content may not meet the same bar.
Feedback and requests
- If you cannot access part of the site, or a document or feature is hard to use, tell us what you were trying to do and which page or URL you were on.
- We will try to offer an alternative format or fix the barrier where we can.
Updates
- We may update this policy when our practices or the site change. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do.
