What's the easiest way to start process improvement?

Asked by Riley T.

Map it out. Draw the process step by step, from start to finish. Involve the people who use it daily—they often know the pain points best. Then test one small change. For example, if onboarding new employees takes weeks, try adding a checklist with clear deadlines. Once improvements show results, expand them gradually.
